ENGLAND U20 international Rob Miller has joined his fellow West Cumbrian Mark Cueto at Sale Sharks.
Miller, of Bothel, and a former Keswick School and Aspatria club player, had decided to leave Newcastle Falcons.
The 20-year-old fly-half, who kicked 23 goals and scored two tries in 27 Falcons games, has signed a three-year deal with Sale.
Sharks’ director of rugby Kingsley Jones said: “This is excellent news for the club. Rob will be a great understudy to Charlie Hodgson.
“He has all the skills we need. He is a great defender and is also an excellent goal kicker.”
