£480 to promote market
LONGTOWN’S new outdoor produce market has been given a cash boost of more than £480.

Local organisations can apply to the MTI for grants for activities such as producing newsletters, buying equipment and running events. The MTI is keen that the community fund, which can make grants of £500 to groups and £250 to individuals, can also help parish councils who need help with the cost of creating parish plans.
